I was lucky enough to run into old friend Paul Gagliardo, a leading technology specialist, at the AWWA conference, who invited me onto his podcast, The Water Entrepreneur. We talked about how to support entrepreneurs through the startup phase, how to make a convincing argument to investors, and what it takes to build an enduring business. I’m grateful to Jay for bringing compelling issues and fascinating people to the forefront. His impressive catalog of episodes focuses on science-based discussions of ongoing challenges will be timeless. Jay serves as the Director of Science at the Arizona Water Innovation Initiative at the Arizona State University.
